You pretty much missed my entire point, the company is not concerned about the small minority 7% holders who don't go to the effort of requesting financials. To those that do, they provide you with them.
If you're yet to see financials outside a PR then you have yourself to thank. It takes a whole 2mins to shoot an email off to the CFO and request them. You would then be provided with the NDA you don't seem to believe exists and people are asking for on the other board.
Anything provided by the company from this point is confidential and I personally have no interest in breaching that contract to humor the other board.
As I mentioned in my last post, if you're NOT a shareholder, then for better or worse of your feelings toward the company - TEVE doesn't care what you think. If its that important for you to see the NDA and the financials, buy $100 worth of shares and you'll get them. Extremely simple.
You also assume others are telling the truth when they say they haven't seen a NDA or financials. I for one don't take anonymous bashers on a forum on face value.
They have issued PR's for recent results. And as for the next point, at risk of repeating myself - seeing an "actual Annual Audited Report" is as simple as sending off an email or two to management. Or is that too big an ask?
In fact re-reading your last line - you ARE a holder. So why on earth haven't you already done so and have these financials in your hands?!
