To know what to expect on the money front this year you need to look no further than your rear view mirror, with what was in play last year continuing into this year, with the same forces still here, still on the same mission and the same journey unfolding. Yet like any journey the scenery changes and this year, because you're nearing the end of a journey that began in late 2012, you should be starting to see the end coming into sight and some real progress, especially on the income front. This current journey began in August 2012 when the North Node returned to your income sector for the first time in 2 decades, triggering a series of eclipses since then, but also providing a sense of direction and of what’s possible. Things got a lot harder when Saturn returned in October 2012, with his first visit in 3 decades making it less about the money and more about the mechanics behind the scenes. Saturn knows that money is simply a means to an end and your income and what you earn is less to do with opportunities out there or what anyone is prepared to pay you and more to do with what you believe you deserve. Saturn also knows that you can’t raise your confidence and grow a healthy sense of entitlement on the income front without raising it across the board, demanding that you do the hard work required to rebuild your personal confidence and believe in yourself first. The North Node will leave your income sector on the 19th February, but this won’t be the end of the eclipses that have the power to bring things to a head, with one more solar eclipse on the 24th October. The real push to bring this massive journey home will begin on the 26th July, when Mars makes a belated return, firing up your financial passions and fighting spirit and declaring that there has been enough homework and now it’s time to push income opportunities home. Between then and Saturn’s departure on the 24th December the money gods will channel all available resources into bringing to fruition all that you've been working towards. Until then there’s likely to be little to show for the investment you're making, yet once the support kicks in and you start to bring things home and the money starts to flow, you'll start to appreciate why it had to be so hard. This is something you'll be preparing for all year, with plenty of support from forces on the work and career fronts. Right in the epicentre of this, the most lucrative income weeks of the year are likely to be from the 24th October to the 17th November, with the solar eclipse on the 24th October likely to be the trigger. In a year that is dominated by income forces, you'll have a chance and a need to take care of any financial housekeeping during the only period of planetary activity in your financial sector this year, which will run from the 20th April to the 24th June.
