OCEANSIDE, Mar 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Citadel EFT, Inc. (OTCQB:CDFT) received an "Order of Suspension" from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The order states that this suspension was enacted due to... "a lack of current and accurate information concerning the securities of Citadel EFT, Inc. because of questions regarding the accuracy of assertions by Citadel in public statements regarding the Company's business operations and assets."
