It's a 50/50 deal, yet the offers keep coming in to buy, or merge or partner, and until Bob get's the best scenerio he aint budgen, after all Emergo is supposed to be sellen their prod. In the mean time were stuck with 555 raking in the shares, buying at 15, selling at 20, over and over.
