ITNS: In August 2012, the Company launched a new Itonis Pharmaceuticals division headed by Dr. Charles Hensley, Ph.D. to produce and market over the counter and prescription homeopathic preparations to treat both common ailments and chronic diseases.

Medical Marijuana is a homeopathic drug and prescription medication.

ITNS now a LOI with MyECheck Inc . to acquire a software license for MyECheck's patented mobile payment app. that will facilitate point of purchase transactions for medical marijuana.

So now ITNS not only has Emesyl (an anti-nausea medication in an estimated half billion dollar market), but they have now also signed a Medical Marijuana deal, and will be a Distributer. Finally, ITNS will use the MYEC California Approved Payment Application.
