altogether grajekk and I estimate maybe 500k tons of inventory-which would be over 12  40k ton ships or 8.33  60k ton ships or over seven 70k ton Panamax.

The problem in late summer was an unexpected supply increase resulting in steelmakers high inventories but that has been resolving for 2 months now, as shown by independent articles I posted here.

Those high steelmaker inventories may be why they started processing the over 200k tons of 0-1mm ca June-because most of that (perhaps 125 k tons-see my trommel calculations-they didnt recieve the separate magnetic separator for the trommel til July 3rd) reportedly will go to the USA as fertilizer-perhaps to Portland Oregon,nearest port to OMRI's HQ and distribution center. ca Feb of 2011 Portland was mentioned by CWRN as a possible destination for the fertilizer.

So trying to get export permit for that in the midst of a new Mex govt administration-see past posts-I'm guessing a permit for that is a new game as part of stricter export restrictions designed to stop the illegal south mainland cartel mines but surprisingly applied by the govt across the board.
