I was on FB reading post and I really hope Holluand response to Joseph on this. This is what he wrote

Team Hollund,

Earlier this week 3 PR's were sent out and all of a sudden more than 3 1/2 Billion shares were traded and ONLY a .0002 jump in price. The value of this stock should have jumped tremendously on the news and and buyback information. Is Hollund dumping shares to raise money while talking buyback? What is up with that? Also I noticed HIMR was promoted heavily and the promoters were paid a substantial amount of money. Wouldn't that money be more wisely spent on the buyback? And why pay promoters when you have great news come out? TO DUMP? By the way percentages of the stock buyback are mentioned but the amount of Authorized Shares, Outstanding Shares is still a mystery. Over the last 3-4 months, with all The C shares dumped into the market place and HIMR selling shares to raise money there is no telling how many shares exist. Please update us on the existing amount of shares involved and then the percentages will have more meaning. If the Value of the stock is so important then the amount of shares should be at least LESS THAN a Billion shares. Then HIMR and the investors would see a substantial jump in value with all that is going on AND hardly any real Competition. Just look at the prices of companies with less than a Billion shares - A Lot Higher. This reduction of shares should be taken care of before any more PR's are issued so that the PR's would have more meaning and the stock more value. Thank you for your time.

Investor Joseph
