I think the cost to build can also be considerably less that what you see in property, plant and equipment. I suspect a big portion of the PP&E was money paid to Mr. Bordynuik for his 'expertise' outside of being Chief of Technology. Those payments would be capitalized and show up in the PP&E figure. In reality, a JBI processor doesn't look significantly harder to make than Donghe's $80,000 processor. It's possible to install and modify a Donghe cheaply.
I would instead focus on why unambiguous performance results remain hidden from shareholders. Again, you could send an e-mail to IR asking what obstacles still stand in the way of full, profitable production and that might give you some color as to what is going on.
