I am no expert either, but the top rail of the fen

I am no expert either, but the top rail of the fence will be the next phase, then the accually chain link, Bill did say that he gets ownership of the house on the west property line on April 1st,  he will then need to demo the house inorder to complete the fence,  I see atleast more weeks before the fencing is complete, I usually take a drive by every Saturday on my way to work, I will get another update tomorrrow
