What do you mean when you say they are doing nothi

Revenue is increasing dramatically year on year, so I'd say operations are going well.
Now lets be really frank - the success of TEVE's business has pretty much nothing to do with the way investors perceive them, or a need to "open up their operations" to these investors.
TelVue is virtually a private company owned by Gerry, they now have profitable operations and no need to raise money from public markets. Whilst I do expect them to become more transparent in the future and possibly start reporting to SEC again - it's not in the least imperative to the TelVue business to do so. Lets face it, they likely have less than 100 shareholders, so to go to the expense of SEC reporting at present at a rough guesstimate of say $500k per year would equal to $5,000 per investor just to file with SEC. These same 100 shareholders can already have access to the company's AUDITED figures by simply requesting them. As a holder I'd much rather see TEVE keep my $5,000 share than give it to the SEC for something I already have access to.
I'm happy for them to stay dark and keep the money in the companies coffers while profits continue to grow. You seem to think they should be trying to persuade investors - possibly yourself - to buy stock or at least believe in the company. I think they're focused on their operations and couldn't care less what you think and whether you buy stock.
In regards to Qtips comments - let me ask you this. Why are there so many bashers on the other board? People who by their own admission think:
- TelVue is a piece of s&@t stock
- It's a scam
- Figures are a lie and not audited
- Even at less than $1.00 its a ripoff and they wouldn't touch it
Yet these same people post on the TEVE board for months, even years about a company they say they;
- hold no stock in
- have no interest in buying even at lower levels
- have not shorted stock in.
These people post hundreds of time over years just out of the goodness of their hearts to help other investors? But not on any other stock. I could find you 20 marijuana plays on the market right now that will crash and burn within 12 months, but I don't go posting hundreds of times across their message boards espousing to other investors to beware - maybe the TEVE posters are just better human beings than me?
Or maybe......just maybe, do you think they have an ulterior motive? Qtip continues to converse with these people to his credit for years when others including myself just can't be bothered anymore. I think with the amount of aggression over there, Qtip is relatively restrained in his talk over here.
