Who did you use to deliver to you, what was the name of the service? I know they are not a public company, I know they only service a fraction of the area PJ covers, they took time to get back to you because they can't help you lol. I know they don't have the BBIO products. It's early on in the process, give them a break. I have ordered, it takes less than two hours and BAM I have my Red Diamond oil etc. They carry all the BBIO products, that is what I care about since that is what pays us the most..
