That's how the law enforcement makes a living here in Utah, they wait on I-80 up around the Park City Area, or further down south on I-15 and if you have out of state plates they follow you and light you up for any SLIGHT traffic violation and if you do not consent to a vehicle search they will call for the dogs. Of course the dogs always get alerted to something (i.e voice commands) and boom...gotchya!!! Big dollar busts happen here on a weekly basis. Now I know we need law enforcement and that is a job I wouldn't want, but the way they go about things borders on criminal...carry on...
