Well here is where things get interesting. Assuming he is working for someone, and that is most likely the case, he is definitely going to need some big bucks to defend himself. Whomever he is working for is caught in a bind because they definitely don't want to be associated with this guy publicly, but at the same time if he can't pay his legal bills the next logical step is that he threatens to start ratting on the other guys.

If he is just some isolated nut job ranting on a message board, then all bets are off, but given the coordinated bashing, bidwhacking, bear raids, etc., I think that he is working for someone and they are about to be exposed. This is probably just the tip of the iceberg.
