I wouldn't dismiss if HQ doesn't release anything. The report states facts and while it is speculative in some ways, not even Baltia can control some of the delays that they incur. This is a highly scrutinized process that is new to the FAA as well as Baltia. I'm not calling it either way, but I won't be sorely disappointed if I don't hear anything. I know that they are plugging away at it and making progress, and that is the important part.
