BIG NTEK Update:
Some may want to roll their eyes, I get that. That being said I venture to say nobody has put in the time and expense as I have in this company over the past year as I. Even with that my judgement is not blinded by hope or emotional attachment.
The criticisms recently are valid. I now know there have been valid drivers and influences effecting how things have unfolded over the last 3 months.
Before we touch on the business aspects let's get real about the impact of David's legal issues on the transparency and investor influence. Bottom line it has had an impact. David has been the face of the company and is very savvy and impactful relative to the written, spoken and social media aspects of delivering updates and excitement to NTEK's investors. Over the last several months as David has transitioned his role, it is clear there is a learning curve that needs to be dealt with. The company is aware of this and working aggressively to address.
On a personal note I have come to know David and consider him a friend albeit distant. Despite the BS many have said or the circumstances of his legal issues, I have found him to be a very trustworthy and dedicated individual. I guarantee all NTEK employees would agree with that statement. This is a very difficult time for him and his family.
?NTEK Business Operations:
Folks they really have NOT missed a beat here. Al and all the new management team added have been doing some amazing things behind the scenes that will deliver a truly amazing, impactful and game changing rollout of the NP-1.
?NP-1 Launch/Rollout
I now understand the reasons driving the feelings we have experienced about being in the dark relative to NP-1 progress/updates.
Bottom line is that this has been driven by the needs of two big box retailers whom will be showcasing the NP-1 nationwide beginning in April. These retailers are GIANTS in the industry. One of these retailers will me showcasing the NP-1 as it's high end streaming device, exclusive promotions via print, TV and in store demonstrations. Caveat; first dibs for manufacturing sequence, in store training, and retail launch. This has been THE driver behind sequencing changes, delays for other customer shipping, etc. Folks this is BEYOND big. The type of launch, product rollout visibility that simply does not happen with companies in this market. That's just ONE retailer. The list of others will blow you away as well. We are talking massive distribution!
All this will become crystal clear during the month of April. It's happening folks.
?NP-C Developments
There are bigger things occurring on the commercial end than ANYONE can imagine! HUGE developments with juggernaut type companies! These developments will shock the investment community. Some of the pipe has been laid out recently via PRs touching on these developments. The jaw droppers are in the works.
?4K Studios
Content is KING and the company has already shared several expansions related to 4K studios in STRATEGIC locations. There is a reason for this folks and it's BIG BIG. Developments in this area will be vast over the next 12 months.
This does not even touch on the other divisions.
Folks while the NP-1 is exciting it by no means is the only product. NTEK sold thousands of NPH1 last quarter and beat rev projections with no NP-1 sales!
NTEK is building a business not just one product.
Clearly partnerships such as Akamai using the NP1 at NAB means not only is the product real it is world class!!
Now I know some will yawn at this update; "yeah yeah yeah, talk is cheap, show me the goods".
You know what?? I AGREE! But this I tell you for what it's worth, this guy's confidence is off the charts this evening and very much looking forward to the month of April and May.
During the June Shareholder meeting; we will all be humming euphorically this tune...
