I look at it like moonshine, It's illegal to make it yourself, some folks still do.  In the end, Makers Mark can't produce enough supply to keep up with demand. Probably good for nibble traders, and to flush more of the weak hands.  Be careful longs not to lose what you have. As for me going to work, this will all wash out. I'm not selling to at least 1 year, so just a little more drama. I were to bet, The injunction, will not pass.  HC put a lot of thought into this.
