I would think that the easiest argument to make would be monetary. The costs associated with the destruction of the private grows would be extremely unfair in the event that, at trial, personal growers were allowed to continue as they currently can.
I read it the same way you do. I think the very short term impact of an injunction would spook some people, but the Busch company kicks ass in a field of microbreweries (which unlike Canadian private grow mmj can be sold commercially and exported). I can't see a long term impact here. A few mega businesses will probably dominate the Canadian market. Fitx and tweed (if they go publicly traded) are my picks, since they'll get the hype and news.
