Absolutely, the guy knows this, he is just trying to confuse the skittish novice investor who sees these people as oracles of knowledge looking out for their best interest. I know investors that follow advice of these people, all they do is follow hedge funds and large investors around instead of actually having a little foresight. He won't touch the MJ sector, but his loss I guess.
