RFMK UPLIST TO OTCQB!!!
Yes, the uplisting has been a long time in the making, alas it appears to be a reality now, despite the claims, incorrect speculation, slander and accusations launched against management by the peanut gallery from behind their keyboards in the nursing home. In fact, the OTC markets website is showing RFMK as changed tier from PK to OTCQB.
I still do not see an audited 10K filing in the SEC EDGAR system but perhaps it is forthcoming once all paper work is processed. It does typically take the SEC weeks to process filings from new issuers going to "fully reporting" status.
Some pounded the table that uplisting would never happen and they continue to speculate that there will never be an audited 10K or a new dry herb vaporizer. In my opinion such is rather reckless speculation when considering there is "verifiable" proof that RFMK is receiving $50,000 each month for an operating budget. I would imagine it would be quite obvious to anyone with any sense at all that such inflows into a micro cap company would eventually produce something, anything, even if only some financial paperwork and documentation but I guess one cannot ever underestimate the power of the dark side to cloud the truth and twist the perception of the weak-minded. Some will continue to be stuck in their ways, not willing to adapt and see the light that shines through showing the TRUTH in all its brilliant colors. The simple fact is that a large proportion of the population cannot ever admit that they are or were ever wrong about anything. This stems from the inflated ego and the dark side within which leads to anger, frustration which leads to suffering.
Beware of the dark side. Anger, fear, aggression; the dark side of the Force are they. Easily they flow, quick to join you in a fight. If once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny, consume you it will.
