I e-mailed Luther to ask if his note today basically meant that Vortex and Mastiff could sell their shares anytime they want, barring LH saying they would buy them back instead. I'm pasting his response below. (I might post this on FB or iHub later, but posting here first bc I want to support this board as a go to forum for our fellow shareholders.)

That is not the case. Actually Vortex has not taken ownership of their shares yet Davyd is not in any rush. He has committed his livelihood and his reputation to Luxuriant Holdings. We have acquired his asset for a fraction of its value at this price level He is expecting an increase of 15 to 30x this price level.
Mastiff does not have possession of their portion. They will only be given to them in sections to back draws against the $5,000,000 funding agreement as needed. Luxuriant will have the option to pay off these loans with these shares being used as collateral. We also received a very attractive interest rate by doing so. This is the polar opposite from convertible funding that is the standard in the pink sheet market and will allow us to aggressively acquire growing assets. Feel free to post this email if you like.
