So I am curious, now that we know where the 8-9 Million price tag comes from... where do we get the factoids that Units 4 and 5 are 75% complete? If you are making it up, the only people you are kidding are yourselves... Is it because JBI stted that parts had been ordered and somehow you interpolate that number? If  you don't want to look or find out, you are only fooling yourself.
