In regard to junior miners, I think you mentioned HYII in a list in an earlier post - that one seems hopeless to me, way too much dilution risk. I don't see how they can avoid another R/S. You might be able to buy at .0001 and sell at .0002, but you might get stuck. Consider trying for .0001s on TSNP, not a miner, but a plausible case.
You mentioned Plutus - I haven't read one of his posts for a long time. I don't bother much with the ihub board. I use all 5 of my ignores there and still its too annoying.
As to the buyback, I sure hope it is 60%, but I want them to restate it to exclude the 15% interpretation - it is a plausible read.
