I'm assuming we've all seen the minutes of the Mad
Post# of 43064
Of course, "some" have been aware of this termination for some time, based on the "page 29 of a public document" statements.
So:
The Madison County "minutes" is the source of that heralded "page 29 of a public document ..." that we've been hearing about??
????
Madison County terminates their contract with JBII (and remember, one party by itself cannot legally terminate a contract unless the "other side" is in breach of contract. (of course, both parties may agree to terminate a contract ... "termination for convenience", but that is not the case here, so the implication is that JBII breached the contract)).
So:
1. We are forced to wade through THOUSANDS of posts about "Well, Madison COUNTY thinks JBI is the real deal! I'll go with Madison County, not some basher on the net. Nya hah!"
2. Nothing comes of the contract (a la RKT, a la <fill in others> ).
3. Madison County eventually sees that nothing has happened, investigates a little, finds out that JBII has breached the terms of the original contract.
4. Madison County terminates the contract.
But: in the "minutes" of the MC meeting, someone merely repeats what JBI probably told them over the phone, in an e-mail, or in a print letter that "business plans have changed, and we're intending to sell our processors for 8-9 million dollars each". AND BASED ON THIS MERE REPETITION OF JBI PROPOGANDA, we are told that:
" .... page 29 of a very public document is the proof that JBII is on the verge of selling processors for 8-9 million dollars..... TIC TOC TIC TOC .. Woo Hoo! We're gonna be rich!! ........and the like.
Simply unbelievable. I have to think that JB and the usual suspects must, at times, truly laugh at the blatant stupidity of the "JBI true believers", whoever they are...
IMO: those promoting the "page 29 of a very public document" have ulterior motives and are not "believers" in JBII at all, although they make money off their JBII-related activities.
