I suspect that JBI is able to process those marker

But JBI is no longer trying to make money by processing plastic. Unless plastic comes to them in a ready-to-process state, they won't be processing it. Madison County cannot provide that type of plastic. It must have been going to the MRF for pre-processing (cleaning and shredding?) before. JBI is out of the MRF business, too.
Could Crayola be a customer for JBI processors? Perhaps. But I'm not sure even this company has enough plastic waste to justify the cost.
It will be interesting to see where this relationship goes. Probably the same as Madison County unless JBI continues it as a way of defraying their own costs.
