Good Morning to you all, I believe there has come some talk about a conversation I had with an investor and I would like to address this. The core deal Kolbe Global Logistics has with Luxuriant Holdings is intact. In Business, there are terms and conditions during negotiations that has to have 100 % satisfaction on both sides of the table. Depending on how the deal is structured there will be times where each Legal team stalls for whatever reason and most of them are the small little areas of discussions and this is what's happening here. This is normal in business dealings. Last night I spent several hours skimming over the messages of this forum and there are some which pointed out to this discussion about "Acquired Kolbe". Let me be clear. Those of you that are involved with mergers and acquisitions understand what Acquired means. I marketed my CannaVape Juice business plan to many company's Board of Directors and several responded including Protek Capital now known as Luxuriant Holdings. My legal team did their research on all those companies and after several weeks of discussions with Luther Jeffries I decided to go with PRPM. I saw his vision in this exciting young sector of the market and after several discussions through the many outlets of communication we both agreed to do business and on February 20 the press release came out announcing the Acquisition of Kolbe. It wasnt a buyout or a takeover. An acquisition is when one company introduces a proposal to another for a percent stake of their business for their return of investment. After the agreement for a percentage of our med juice Luxuriant then asked me about the Logistics side of my company and to send their board a proposal of what they want for their overall business plan of Luxuriant Holdings. I sent them a proposal. Those of you who are in Logistics know full well the equipment involved. As you all seen the Luxuriant website, the Logistics part has a secured Transport vehicle. We are dealing with a High Value Commodity in Marijuana and Kolbe will be responsible to not only transport the Freight but to secure. Phillip Morris and Motorola provide their truckload freight with a security detail escorting their loads when leaving their distribution centers. This proposal is complicated which includes Armed personnel escorting these HIGH RISK HIGH VALUE LOADS.We are not talking moving ounce bags of marijuana, we are talking about TONNAGE here. The risk is from those who operate in the black market in hijacking loads. Yes I said High Jacking Loads. That is why Cigarette, Electronic and other High Value Truck loads are escorted throughout the USA. Please remember that Marijuana is illegal in 48 out of the 50 States and the drug cartels operate in all the States. This is a Big Proposal both companies are involved in. Each Legal team is responsible to protect their respective companies. We have a team of three CEO's working hard to grab an edge over the competition and let me say this to all those who Question Luther's existence. I have talked to Luther on the phone many many times. He and Davyd will be coming here to Vancouver, Wa. next month for meetings. I am out here in the West Coast and he is back East. What he has done for the shareholders is something few people can accomplish. He has taken over a dead company with no movement on their previous business model , completely changed over to this sector of the market and is completing his milestones to Luxuriant Holdings overall goal. What we are trying to do here is build a company that will still exist 5-10 years down the road while the other companies are gone and back into the dust.
