Missy did you see the Level II order book data that Bill put on his Facebook? It showed massive bids for millions of dollars worth. After a few minutes he took down the Level 2 and deleted all my responses about it along with everyone else's. What are your thoughts about that? It doesn't seem right to me.
Bill seems to have a lot of knowledge about trading for someone that claims this is his first public company. Lots of red flags. And once again he is completely silent on Facebook.
Perhaps Bill got in trouble with the FINRA about posting so much leading info. on Facebook.
Things like "Oh its much bigger than that! guess again!" and things like "News tomorrow" seem inappropriate to me as a shareholder. It does seem like he is influencing the stock price by those sayings on Facebook.
I can't believe how silent he is being about all these deals he is making too. I remember when he took over SCD enterprises inc. and Innovative Fullfillment Corp. and we never heard about those deals again. Then a year later he tells us the SCD Enterprises acquisition never went through because the books were all written on crumpled up napkins. Why would a CEO even consider an acquisition with books written on napkins?
I hope this company is as big as Bill claims but at the moment it all seems like something he cannot see through to the end.
I research many other companies and it was easy for them to set up shop and get their license. Those proactive businesses will be ready April 1 while Bill won't be ready for months after the legislation is activated. That is poor planning on his part. He could have easily been ready April 1 if he thought about scaling smaller in the beginning. He knows he isn't going to be selling the full 1.3 million pounds for years and definitely not all in Canada so he should have been ready For Canadas sales.
Also they have no concrete plan of how they are going to acquire customers! People will not seek CEN Biotech inc out if they don't know it exists! This is definitely not going to go as smoothly as some think it is. I've scaled down my position a lot because of all these negative factors surrounding the company and Bill. Not to mention the GNC Deal we were all looking forward to for a year all of a sudden fell through and shareholders weren't consulted or informed until we found out through Fitness message boards.
This is making me sick to think about all that's wrong with this company.
This company was supposed to compete with Muscle Pharm Corp and never got their supplements off the ground while Muscle Pharm was in the same stage as Cenergy and managed to turn it into a worldwide recognized brand. Bill is making the same mistakes now with his CEN Biotech inc. grow operation. He is not gonna benefit from a first mover advantage and has no marketing for the marijuana.
He should really consider keeping the names of strands he grows the same because they are already known and loved by the population. Making his own strains is cool but harder to market and a little foolish for business purposes IMO. Not liking this company anymore, Had the chance to invest in many other marijuana stocks but held on to this one and regretted it.
