He's blocking ask at .035 and sitting at .0335 waiting for cheapies. He's concealing share size, showing 5,000 on bid, which is what I usually see instead of what CDEL has been doing in showing share size.

CDEL was filled at 10:42 via a bidwhack. I think he is inviting the sellers to dump into him so he can get a large fill. We'll see if he shows up later this afternoon back on .0335 again.
