Finally, a REAL Oil Man for Treaty.  About time.  It just might be that this guy, who appears to have some nice credentials, could make a player out of this company.  And my bet is it just may be the first recommendation for the new consulting team.  Nice going guys.  Good things beginning to happen.  Let's keep'em going.   Hhmmm.  Now, maybe it's time for me to buy some more shares.  Can't do much but go up from here.
