If I may.  The best way to stay out of harm's way is to stay away from that which is causing harm.  I think Spock would have termed it as logic.  I sensed the very same several weeks to a month ago and allowed my sub to expire without renewal.  I felt there was no more need to pay to read somebody who relentlessly spewed the same nonsense with little to no factual evidence.  The bottom line is most of what they are writing is speculation, to which they are entitled, as we are entitled to the same.  Personally I simply stay away from the rhetoric and nonsense as I have for two weeks and let them spew whatever garbage they wish.

I agree with you 100% that the seediness and trashy levels to which people will sink to bilk others from their money is sickening.  However, haven't we seen this trend in our country for many, many years?  The dirtier the laundry the longer the lines to celebrate the occassion.  Sad, actually.
