With that being said....
IF PPM Investors are going to "try" to hold Gordon completely and wholly accountable for the verbage in 1 of several ppm's.....and actually think those stipulations are going to be met ....KNOWING Bruce/Kenny and Martha constructed and engineered that PPM to steal and deceive from all parties.....investors...Gordon...and GESI (out of Houston where they reside)....then they are going to have to pursue that matter in a court of law...no ifs ands or buts about it.....and that process is going to be lengthy...and expensive.....and a 50/50 chance of success imo.....if even that..
My question is...IF everyone is that dumb....to allow it to have to go to that extreme .....then let me go ahead and share this with all......everyone will lose.....folks can think whatever they want.....Im just stating what I believe will happen based on my contacts and conversations with 2 separate attorneys on this entire matter.....and YES....I told em both the entire story...not just parts.....so they could have a better understanding...and give me the best advice possible based on the INFO I PROVIDED THEM.....
