I don't see how it would be anyone except FITX that would be supplying the cannabis for the research on the CBD extraction process between PHOT and VAPE. It would make perfect sense that PHOT would use their own partner (FITX) for this! I suspect that's one of the many reasons they had in mind in joining forces with FITX in the first place. Also, in the PR, the discussions on SOPs and GMPs are exactly what Bill is constantly talking about in the production process, and he's an expert in these areas given his own private supplement production company, so I think it's highly likely...
