FUN FACTS Q/A with CEO

1) Are there going to be any reverse splits?

CEO does not plan on doing any RS.

2) If revenues come pouring in from apple deal, will you start paying debt off with cash?

CEO has mentioned that his team may do a buy back of shares, similar to what NTEK has been able to do.

3) The outstanding shares is stated to be about 743m and someone was given 93m shares. These shares are restricted everyone for a long time.

If you check the last proxy, G3 has 93 million shares (they put in what, about $1 million) and they are an affiliate and have to sell under the affiliate rules of 144.  I believe that is 1% of the outstanding per quarter, and they have to file their intention in advance.  So they can sell about 7.4 million shares a quarter.  If they start selling it should take them about 4 years to sell it all.

4) Factor Funds LLC helped complete all Asher debt, which was a great sign. Will they hold most of their converted shares? Restricted shares?

CEO states, “FF want the stock to go up so that they and every one else can profit from it.  To help that, FF bought out the other debenture holders, like Asher so that Asher will not be in the mark selling.  This is all aged debt and can be converted into free trading shares. But FF has strict selling limits and has agreed to limit conversion this year.  Obviously we all want to pay off FF with stock at 2 cents a share, not at .002.  That helps everyone.”

BTW everyone, FF is not an ASHER! I understand that someone on the board is trying to scare people with false lies.  Asher is a totally different animal and would never put $500,000 into a single small cap company, the way FF did.  Asher is like Costco - a warehouse club that tries to sell as much as it can for a low markup.  Asher and Costco are all about inventory turn.  FF is not about inventory turn.  They think they will be in the deal for two years.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There will be a short squeeze of shorts here. When Iphone App Approval happens, we will have distributors knocking at our PVSP doors to start selling. Marketing is now in high affect thanks to FF funding. ASHER is no more (They got caught with their pants down!! haha) The future looks exceptionally promising here. Iphone App Approval will send this to .02 - .04 is my guess. The quarterly profits moving into the future will bring it to silver. Big things popping here.
