No, the company is looking great, but there seems to be a concerted effort to walk the PPS down slowly. I'm not wearing a little tin-foil hat, but MM's and block shorts, trading for their own accounts, can make significant percentage gains shorting ICPA down ... greater gains than waiting around for retail to buy based on news or filings.
Here's a little item received today; brilliant in its own insidious way.
