Decent stock trading action midday today, though still about 30% short sales. It seems to be a daily event, though as long as daily short sale volume does not remain at or above 50% for many days then we can be assured that the short sales are getting covered. Most are probably getting covered on the same day as I have thought for some time now, though this would suggest that many MMs are taking the liberty of shorting and covering at will to game incoming buys and sells which is unhealthy for a stock if overdone. Look at CBIS's daily short ratios to better understand what a normally trading stock action looks like. 5% short the daily volume is normal and fine, 30%+ short the daily volume is getting close to being unhealthy for the trading in the stock. Just my opinions.

Increased volume above the 200 DMA is a very good sign technically for the stock. I agree with most here though that fundamentally, shareholders really need that audit and 10K filing to see the game changer we have all been waiting to see.
