There is a company out of Singapore that makes large ocean floating docks. They go together like giant leggos.. If push came to shove, Brad could get the ship loading done on his own, with an accordian conveyor, a telestacker, portable floating dock, and probably a concrete based storage area. It would take a lot of money and a permit I would guess, but if the port is still the problem.. screw them until they figure out how much money they are losing.. My problem is that I'm fighting a losing battle with father time and would like to win just one big bet before I croak..
