It's Rich and the gang. Does not cost them much to do it! (I mean 200 shares! please...) They do it for sh*ts & giggles. This is NOT trading normal. Hopefully they get bored soon and move on ......or become buyers!! Watch the next few weeks and EOM! Guarantee this starts creeping upwards!! Noone wants to be told "I told ya so! Nah Nah Nah Nah Nah......", so the sideliners will start to take a dip in the pool that is ICPA!!!
