Yes, that's exactly the formation. The problem is, as with most charting of penny stocks, they are so manipulated and volatile, that the patterns, candles and formations typically don't apply more than a few minutes or hours. The mindset of most of the penny players are focused on about 30 minutes before they start pooping their panties when a $200 or $300 investment goes against them, lol. I do use the charts for pennies, as I've mentioned in the past, for entries or exit based on previous lows, highs, the positioning of the FullSto, MACDs and the bollies. I don't really pay much attention to the candle formations. That said, candle formations do work very well with the big board stocks.
