The last official word from the company we have seen is the OTC markets filing of the Interim Financial Report as of Sept 30 2011, filed on Dec 12 2011. I agree that it has been quite a long time since shareholders have received any new information. Indeed, the question seems to be how long do we all need to wait for an update, any update at all. I have frequently mentioned how easy it would be for management (Mr Roth the CEO) to edit one of the html pages on the official corp website, even with just a few new sentences, even if only stating that nothing has changed and there has been no progress; even that could be considered an update. At least then shareholders would know someone is out there alive and kicking and still looking out for shareholders. With dead silence for an entire year, it is difficult to think there is any entity left to salvage. It is quite unfortunate for shareholders. Sorry to hear that you invested a lot of money into this stock. The story seemed very good at the time and what is interesting is that even as PRs and announcements were coming out of the company about new product orders, new websites taking orders, customers giving great reviews for the product, Euro patent granted, etc, the ex CEO was signing a plea agreement with the SEC which meant the bad news was coming down the pipe and investors were oblivious to the impending doom. In my opinion, I put blame mostly on the way the SEC handled the news and the way the brokers handled the "unusual" trading in the stock in the day and a half that followed the news, and finally the DTC for putting a global lock on the stock because of some still unknown reason. We shareholders deserve more IMO. I think we at least deserve a few new sentences typed up on the DTC page on the corp website saying that no progress has been made in a year, which would take a couple minutes work and give shareholders an update on what is currently happening (even if nothing at all). I thought I read somewhere that CEOs have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, or maybe I was mistaken. Whatever is the case, it would be nice for shareholders to get some sort of update, at the very least. Mr Roth, lets put those 40 years of experience in micro cap funding to good use, shall we???!!
