joey: Not sure what you are referring to. AVNE has been handed a death sentence by SEC for all intents and purposes. Reportedly, since 2009, only two SEC-suspended tickers have crawled off the Grey Sheets. However it's sliced, the SEC has delivered a crushing blow to AVNE's large shareholders who include AVNE principals (Armstrong and Tompkins), iequity (10m restricted common), Lotus (500k common), and Rubicon/ Peterson (5.4m restricted common).
