I just got this PM today and wanted to reply publicly.  I not a big fan of people that feel its ok to be rude.  There are no rules written someplace that says you can speak down to a CEO because he runs a public company.  Also, if you hint you are about to spread inside information to the public I will call you out.

In regards to this message below.    The station has the equipment and is waiting on the move. The press was very clear that we will be up and running in time for Christmas.

With our incredible growth we are creating relationships with many new partners and affiliates.  They will have employees and are in many cases are not public companies.  Being we are public, our employees understand that information about launch dates and revenues are not allowed to be disclosed to individuals unless the information is also shared at the same time with the general public.   If people dig for private non public information about us or any public company and then buy or sell based on that it is trading on insider information.

Though this is a silly example look at the movie Wallstreet.  Bud Fox was digging to find inside information and that did not work out well for him.  Don't become a Bud Fox.

The message I received…

I just had an interesting talk with *** ******* at WPVN. I asked him when Punch would be on the air and his response was he was thinking about it . He has no capability now but would in 60 days if he moves atop Trump Tower . I haven't put this on Ihub and don't plan to ...but it would seem you kinda got a head of yourself with the release of that PR . Again , with respect to revs in Q3 can we expect a nice increase over Q2 ? TIA
