Mariah, and what is wrong with that assessment?
He posted invoices indicating GNC order...obviously to cause positive sentiment before the order was actually delivered....and when notified that the order was cancelled (or cancelled it himself, whichever is true), the shareholders weren't notified of that until brought to his attention from the shareholder side. Hopefully he doesn't do those types of things in the future. Penny stocks are full of CEO's (not saying Bill does this) that will release letters-of-intent (LOIs) regarding possible deals with companies that never come to fruition. As an investor who is knowledgeable of some things happening in penny stock land, I'm sensitive to that type of appearance, or actual occurrence.
