He did say that, yes. And he did tell me it would be awhile before anything could be determined. I am guessing down the road. First priority for him right now is to get that 211 complete, get us an auditor, vindicate his numbers, exonerate his company and I believe, at that point, we will have little problem in getting an MM sponsor and FINRA approval for a rapid move back to the pinks.
BTW, didn't KMAG have the skull and crossbones last year???
