they are looking to go pubic at $1 a share, I have not read anywhere how many shares they will have, it will not have to do with the share price but it will have to do with the market cap to compare FITX to it. If Tweed has 1/3 of the shares of FITX at $1 then that would be .33 for fitx to be comparable which until we get the license there is no comparison. I believe Bill has all his ducks lined up behind the scenes for us to be the biggest and the best. IMO he is lining up doctors, customers, distribution etc.
