St. Petersburg, FL – Andiamo Corporation(PINKSHEETS: ANDI) has completed the purchase of Digispace, an Inc. 500 award winning company. This company was founded in 2002 and ranked on the prestigious Inc 500 list in 2010 and in the top 800 in 2011.

Digispace is best known for its launch of the Magic Bullet System in 2010 and a second release in2011. The initial Magic Bullet System grossed over $5.1 million in sales in just about 48 hours. The second release, in 2011 produced an additional $3.3 Million in sales.

There are around3000 previous clients of MBS that should embrace this new monthly subscription platform.
