Okay, so as to the locker room, do we have an idea

Okay, so as to the locker room, do we have an idea as to how many workers will be hired? On site building maintenance and janitorial staff, or is all that being subbed out? Are they hiring local people to tend plants and are they advertising for positions yet? I know most of these questions can't be answered yet, but if we are only 2-3 months from start up these are issues that should be being dealt with by management, if not now, very soon.
