HERES WHAT MY GUT TELLS ME...FK THE BIRDY.....BRUCE KILLED HIM TOO....
After a conversation with Gordon.....I got the feeling that he would actually like to admit he made some bad decisions in his association with Kenny Davidson and Bruce Pollock....and he has probably been damaged more by their actions...or inactions...more than us individual investors have been up to this point in time.
I think.....he is still in the midst of trying to build GESI...but he at this moment in time is "hamstrung" with a few issues that require $$$$ to correct....and move this project on to the next level which is being able to actually apply for a real building permit in Sturgeon County..Alberta Canada....I also think he needs to raise some cash to be able to meet these obligations and has a window of opportunity available to accomplish this......WITH THAT BEING SAID AS IMO.......
I know he could dilute the shit out of GESI and POSSIBLY raise the cash needed to do what he needs to do to get the process going......and I can SEE that that is not happening even thought the pps is at .0019 currently.....the chart says no major dilution has occurred to allow anyone to extract a large amount of cash...for whatever reason or purpose....
I also know Craig wrote the original business plan and assisted Gordon in getting GESI to the starting level we all entered at as early as I did in Sept 2011....
Whether Gordon is a "crook" as some say he is ..or NOT....at this time to me is NOT the issue....everyone knows everything happening was directed to unveil Bruce Pollock and Kenny Davidson as the "purpertrators" behind the scenes...as we all have learned so painfully well....BUT....ISNT BUILDING GESI THE PRIMARY CONCERN AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME.....AND ISNT FINDING OUT EXACTLY WHERE WE ALL STAND AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME....AND GLIMPSING INTO A WINDOW OF WHAT COULD LAY AHEAD FOR GESI...AND US....MORE IMPORTANT AT THIS TIME...DEPOSITING CERTS FOR PPM SHARES....AND SEEING A REAL GASIFICATION FACILITY BUILT....NOW.....WHATS IMPORTANT AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME....maybe finding out if what the grapevine says has some validity to it or not....maybe giving Gordon an opportunity to be able to speak to a group of angry demanding opinioniated investors with an axe to grind...in a manner best for all....more important...????
Im just guesstimating/speculating...reading between the lines .....I could be so far from the facts its crazy...hell I was before....and suffered...but....I am an investor who believed in GESI and Gordon Mackay to build a facility...the project is sound...done my dd...Zembeck has done 1 hell of a job communicating and building roads and opening communication lines...and bringing folks in Sturgeon County applicable departments aware...and eager to see this project on the application table for a CHANCE at becoming reality......Zembeck has also communicate to Gordon the process and timeline and requirements needed as this process evolves...if its does....and without compensation that I am aware of for the entire length of his time as IR...and now IR and assistant to building GESI with Gordon....yes Chris dropped the ball....old news...not relevant now...if and when GESI is completed IMO I believe David Zembeck should be paid well for those services rendered above and beyond what he has already done...and DESERVES TO BE PAID TO DATE IF HE HASNT BEEN Gordon...
SO....for me..its about now...I hope folks stop the craziness directed at Gordon and Craig and hope they giv investors a opportunity to know whats really going on..where we stand...whats our options...and be the men they have said they are of integrity.....and everyone do the right thing....and SEE..... and for those who choose to pursue Bruce and Kenny in their part of this debacle and others they have been involved in great...Im with ya....but THINK.....WHAT IS BEST FOR THE ENTIRE SITUATION...STEP BY STEP.....
