Regarding the vault, I see the vault as a storage for product to keep it safe from theft, which is one of Health Canada's main concerns (thus the security requirements as well). I would not expect them to do a grow op inside a vault. Those buildings are large, especially the one they're building now, and it doesn't make sense that a grow op would be contained inside a vault for many reasons, beginning with ventilation and the fact a vault would be airtight. Just my opinion, could certainly be wrong. However, it does raise a good question. Seems like they could just bring a vault in while working on the rest of the building, not sure why their building focuses around the fault unless it truly is a massive interior structure containing the grow op which never crossed my mind.
