You may be correct then. I saw him mention it in one of the running posts that she would be there also, but can't find where that was now. I remember it catching my attention in a big way at the time. However, that certainly may have changed at this point so I'm also assuming she won't be there now. I'd be more than happy to be wrong though!
Regarding the vault, I see the vault as a storage for product to keep it safe from theft, which is one of Health Canada's main concerns (thus the security requirements as well). I would not expect them to do a grow op inside a vault. Those buildings are large, especially the one they're building now, and it doesn't make sense that a grow op would be contained inside a vault for many reasons, beginning with ventilation and the fact a vault would be airtight. Just my opinion, could certainly be wrong. However, it does raise a good question. Seems like they could just bring a vault in while working on the rest of the building, not sure why their building focuses around the fault unless it truly is a massive interior structure containing the grow op which never crossed my mind. So I'm not sure. Also:
