First off Welcome Brian! I'll add my 2 cents on th
Post# of 56323
I don't think anyone on this board is suggesting that we BAN "TRUE" and healthy debates from
"Investors" with opposing opinions, that is truly the intent of a Investor board is to be able to learn
from everyone's DD.
Bashers in my definition do not intend to have a healthy debate, they come on with misleading
or twisted versions of past company events, or projections of the future that if they truly owned
a position in the stock would be counter productive to their position. Keep in mind that unless
a person is invested their motives need to be questioned. If you sell your position and then
come back on a board to use scare tactics on current investors with the sole intent to drive
the price down for your re-entry at a lower price "Flipping", and instantly become a "long" again
because your position has been regained, is this the type of discussion the group should
tolerate in your mind?
Like I said, the group is very open to each and every member's opinions and healthy debates,
but if you don't hold a position in a stock it is usually very apparent and that is the "bashing"
that I believe we are talking about. The intent of a Shareholder board should be to dissect the
company invested in and give shareholders every opportunity to make an informed decision
regarding their investment.
I hope this helps you understand MY point of view, and that's all it is, MINE.
Again WELCOME.
