I was at the top of the L2 list bidding @ 0.0007.T

I was at the top of the L2 list bidding @ 0.0007.They filled all bids below me some 7mil and held off filling mine for twenty min, until I was the very last order on the bid. Unbelievable what they get away with at this level!
