I remember Bill speaking in an interview on 420 investor with Allen Brochstein. (the 2 hour audio link can be found in the stickies) and in the interview he said that Dr Sam Alaweih (i butchered his name) has 20 years experience growing marijuana and previously worked for Merk as a young man and learned a great deal about pharmaceuticals and marijuana in particular. It is my assumption that Sam has his own strains created with patents pending. And the new head gal Bill promoted through Hemp has credentials beyond my comprehension and she knows her product very well. I'm quite certain she has connections to get the right ppl who can extract the CBD's that you are inquiring about.
